2. Purpose and acceptance
These conditions govern the use of the Site and the purchase ofmerchandising products, the contracting ofsubscriptionsand the purchase oftickets to events(physical or online). By browsing or contracting, the Customer accepts these conditions.
3. Definitions
Product: tangible merchandising good.
Custom product: Product made according to the Customer's specifications (name, logo, design, etc.).
Subscription: recurring service or digital access (monthly/annual or other cycle).
Ticket: right of access to anEventon a specific date or time (in-person or streaming).
Customer: consumer or professional who contracts on the Site.
4. Information and availability
We show essential features, prices (VAT included unless stated otherwise), sizes/materials where applicable, and, if applicable, conditions of the Event or Subscription. The images are illustrative; there may be slight variations. All orders aresubject to availability.
5. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices ineurosandinclude VAT. Theshipping costsand, if applicable,management fees(e.g., for tickets) are shown before payment. We can update prices without retroactive effect on already confirmed orders.
6. Payment methods
Card (Redsys)with enhanced authentication3D Secure. The gateway encrypts and processes the payment; XONEBOX does not access the full card details.

Reference: order number.Deadlineto transfer:72 working hours. The preparation/shipping or activation of servicesstarts when the payment is confirmed. If not received in time, the order maybe cancelled.
XONEBOX maycanceltransactions with signs of fraud, refunding amounts if applicable.
SHIPPING POLICY (Products)
7. Shipping and delivery
Scope:available at checkout (e.g., mainland Spain and other enabled areas).
Deadlines:are shown by modality; in any case,a maximum of 30 calendar daysfrom the Order Confirmation, except for force majeure or personalisation.
Tracking:will be provided when applicable.
Delivery impossibility:a notice and/or collection point will be left. If the package returns due to repeated absences or incorrect address, the product will be refundeddeductingtheshipping and return costsincurred, unless the error is attributable to XONEBOX.
Transport damage:note the incident on the delivery note if there are visible damages and report it to info@xonebox.com within48 hourswith photos.
8. Transfer of risk and ownership
Risk is transferred upondelivery, ownership is transferred uponfull payment..
SUBSCRIPTIONS (Digital services)
9. Registration, access and renewal
The Subscription provides access to the features described in its sheet (content/service/benefits).
Thecycle(monthly, annual, etc.) and thepriceare shown before payment.
Automatic renewalat the end of each cycle unlesscancellationis made in advance by the Customer from their account or by notifying info@xonebox.com at least48 hours in advance.in advance of the renewal. A notice of renewal and/or price changes will be sent withreasonable notice.
10. Plan and price changes
You canchange your plan; the change may apply to the next cycle or be prorated if indicated on the form. XONEBOX maymodify prices; we will notify you before the next renewal and you will be able tocancelif you are not interested.
11. Non-payments and suspension
If we are unable to charge (expired card, transfer not received, etc.), we maytemporarily suspendaccess. If the non-payment persists, we mayterminatethe Subscription.
EVENT TICKETS
12. Access conditions
The Ticket entitles you to access theEventon thedate and timeindicated (or to thestreamingif it is online).
It may benominal; you must bring identification.
XONEBOX or the organisation may setaccess conditions(minimum age, prohibited items, punctuality, safety rules). Non-compliance may result indenial of accesswithout the right to a refund.
13. Resale and transfer
Resale is prohibited.prohibida la reventaunauthorised. Name transfer/change will only be possible if the Event system allows it and within thetimeframescommunicated.
14. Changes, postponements and cancellations
Postponement/Rescheduling: the Ticket will bevalidfor the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request arefundof the ticket price (and, if applicable, according to conditions, without management fees already incurred).
Cancellation: theticket pricewill be refunded by the same payment method; themanagement feeswill be refunded when indicated in the Event details or required by applicable regulations.
Changes to the line-up, programme or locationdo not automatically entitle you to a refund, unless stated otherwise.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
15. Withdrawal (consumers)
Products (non-personalised):14calendar daysfrom delivery.
Prior communication to info@xonebox.com (order number, items).
Condition:unused, withoriginal packagingand all its components.
Return cost: to be borne by the Customer (unless a label/pick-up is offered by XONEBOX).
Refund: withina maximum of 14 daysfrom the moment you inform us of the withdrawal; we willretainuntil we receive the product or proof of shipment. Standard delivery costs will also be refunded(non-urgent). (no urgentes).
Custom products: WITHOUTthe right of withdrawal (art. 103 c) TRLGDCU).
Event tickets with a specific date/period: WITHOUTthe right of withdrawal (leisure services with a specific date, art. 103 l) TRLGDCU).
Subscriptions (digital services):14daysfrom the contractif the service has not started.
If you chooseimmediate startandconsentto lose the right of withdrawal (e.g., checkbox), once access is activatedyou losethe right to withdraw.
If there is no immediate start and you withdraw within the timeframebefore starting, full refund.
If the service has been providedpartiallyat your request during the withdrawal period, prorating may applyprorrateo.
16. Defective products or shipping error
If it arrivesdefective/damagedor incorrect, please notify us within areasonable timeframe(recommended48 h) with info@xonebox.com photos. We will managerepair, replacement, price reduction or resolutionat no cost, according to regulations.
17. Size exchanges
If we offersize exchanges, see conditions and costs on the website (FAQ/Returns). Otherwise, use thewithdrawal(15).
OTHER CONDITIONS
18. Material provided by the Customer (customisations)
You guarantee that you haverights/permissionover logos, names and images provided and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You grant us anon-exclusive licenceto use themonlyfor production, after-sales service and warranties.
19. Legal warranty
For Products,3 yearsfrom delivery against any lack of conformity existing at that time (excludes wear and tear, misuse, washing, etc.).
20. Intellectual property and image at Events
Recordingor unauthorised broadcasting is prohibited. By accessing, you agree that images/sound of the audience may be captured for informational/promotional purposes of the Event in accordance with the law. o retransmisión no autorizada. Al acceder, aceptas que puedan captarse imágenes/sonido del público con fines informativos/promocionales del Evento conforme a la ley.
21. Limitation of liability
Without prejudice to consumer rights, XONEBOX is not liable for indirect damages or for causes beyond its control (network failures, force majeure, decisions of the Event organisation, etc.).
22. Force majeure
Obligations suspended while the cause lasts (strikes, natural phenomena, administrative acts, system failures, etc.).

24. Modifications
We may update these terms; the current version will be the one published on the Site and will not affect contracts already concluded.
